This is a free informal online video appointment designed to assess whether what I offer will be suitable to your needs and to talk about how intervention may help 

Please note that I cannot offer a crisis service and am unable to accept referrals from people at risk of suicide or severe self-harm.

Treatment sessions - £100 per session (60 minutes) 

Treatment sessions are weekly and delivered online over a secure video platform

Stand Alone Mental Health Assessment - £400 

A mental health assessment considers the symptoms that you are experiencing and the physical and social context (aspects of your current life) that may be contributing to your difficulties.  Whilst mental health assessments are non-diagnostic they are helpful to guide treatment planning.  The price of the assessment includes 2 hours of client contact, a comprehensive written report and advice and suggestions for treatment.
